Mechanical Engineer / Designer
(Piping, HVAC, & Plumbing)
Position Summary
-
Seeking Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years of Mechanical Engineering Experience in HVAC design.
-
This individual interfaces with client representatives, field personnel, owners, and end users.
Schedule:
-
Monday to Friday
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for designing and drafting, performing HVAC load calculations; sizing equipment, duct work, and piping; and performing computer economic analysis of alternate HVAC systems.
-
Develop specifications and installation drawings.
-
Read and interpret engineering and equipment drawings.
-
Preparation of material and construction specifications and cost estimates.
-
Perform as the technical point of contact for clients and equipment vendors and participate in field / shop visits for data collection (kick-off meetings, pre-fabrication meetings, performance testing, etc.), as required.
Qualifications/Skill Set:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, but bachelor’s degrees in other engineering disciplines would also be acceptable for the right candidate.

Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, & BIM.
-
Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Indiana is a plus.
-
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Quick Pen, & Procore is a plus.
-
Knowledge of the Mechanical and Electrical construction industry practices, procedures, and market trends.

Dedicated, well-organized, able to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
-
Able to work under pressure and maintain professionalism when faced with aggressive deadlines.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, and resource management skills.

Experienced HVAC Technician
Position Summary
-
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team.
-
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems.
-
Candidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams, as well as have a working knowledge of electrical systems.
-
This HVAC Technician will also be responsible for mentoring newer technicians.
Schedule:

Full-Time (40-Hours/Week)
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
-
Inspect and test HVAC systems for proper operation.
-
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
-
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems.
-
Troubleshoot electrical components of HVAC systems.
-
Replace worn or defective parts in HVAC systems.
-
Clean and maintain HVAC systems.
-
Ability to learn new equipment and repairs not seen before

Performs work safely and accurately
