Westminster Village was built in the early 1980s.  A complete remodel of the building took place 2000-2004.  Dinkel Associates did the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design and Sycamore Engineering performed the Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.  The project was phased out over 2 years and completed in April 2004.  The remodel included new fire alarm devices, updated all lighting, new restroom facilities, a pub room, exercise room, general store, and theater.
